1. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase. Include your order number and the email address associated with your account. We do not require you to provide a reason for the refund, but your feedback is always appreciated.
2. Processing Time
Once your refund request is received and approved, it will be processed immediately. The credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, generally within 3-5 business days depending on your bank.
3. Non-Refundable Items
There are no exceptions to our 7-day refund policy for standard subscription purchases. However, customized development services or special integrations requested by the user are non-refundable.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
